This is the first christening that Datrysiad Media has shot. It was a fantastic day and we are proud that we got to be part of this beautiful ceremony. This was shot at the stunning St. Mary Roman Catholic Church in Newport.

What did we do

• We shot this using a 3 camera setup to make sure we covered all angles of the day to deliver the best experience.

• Audio is key and we ensured Father Laurence had a lavaliere microphone to produce crisp audio.

• We set up another camera where we could live stream the event to Facebook, so that family members living abroad or those who could not make it got to see the ceremony.

• We followed the health guidelines to make sure everyone felt safe.
