I deal with a variety of brand issues which affect businesses, including risk assessments and clearance, trade mark disputes and dispute resolution, trade mark oppositions, invalidations and cancellations, assignments, IP due diligence and transactions, as well as the registration and maintenance of trade marks. I advise on how brand use and ownership impacts and plays a part in day to day business dealings.
