Ella AND KAILAN PHILLIPS WEDDING 


This was shot at the beautiful venue Bear Hotel in Cowbridge. Everyone on the day looked incredible. The weather was perfect and the atmosphere couldn’t have been any better!
Our style of shooting is discreet. We like to keep in the background making sure everyone feels comfortable, which allows the day to unfold naturally.

Leading up the special day, we spend a lot of time pre-parring, we make sure that we are always available to talk, to like to put your mind at ease and to give confidence that your investment is in the right hands

Wedding HIGHLIGHT FILM

 
 

Wedding Schedule and Delivery: Our contract states that we will deliver the first revision in 10 working days. The ceremony film is always first to be delivered. However we have been getting all three films out in 10-11 days from the wedding date.

In this instance, even though we delivered on time, this was harder. On the 21st May my partner collapsed and was taking into hospital that Sunday afternoon and is still in recovery.

  • 20th May - Wedding Day

  • 26th May- Ceremony Film delivered to client

  • 1st June- Speeches Film delivered to client

  • 1st June - Highlight Film delivered to client

Time Line:

  • 07:30 - The day started filming the bride and the bridal party at Woodstock house which is owned by the Bear Hotel

  • 12:00 - Arrived at Bear Hotel and started setting up the multiple cameras, making sure microphones where placed on each speaker

  • 1:30 - Filming the ceremony

  • 17:00 - Speeches

  • 19:50 - Cake cutting

  • 20:00 - First dance

    WHAT DID WE DO

  • We shot this using a 4 camera setup to make sure we covered all angles of the day to deliver the best experience.

  • Officiant, groom, best man and additional speakers all had dedicated lavalieres to record audio.

  • We are discreet, our style is to let the day unfold and capture all the special moments you didn’t get to see.

  • We don’t force moments, we capture those that are there, forcing a moment can make the video feel unnatural which is the opposite of our style.

  • We followed health and safety guidelines to make sure everyone felt safe.
