Francesca Giles and Aled Evans WEDDING 


This was shot at the beautiful Pencoed House Estate venue. Francesca and Aled were both a pleasure to work with. The weather was stunning and held out for the beautiful couple and was a fantastic day all round.

Everyone on the day looked stunning and the atmosphere was very friendly, which made for some beautiful images. I didn’t even recognize my own neighbor who lives next door because I was too engrossed in what we was doing!

Leading up the special day, we make sure that we are always available to talk, to make sure we put your mind at ease and to give confidence that your investment is in the right hands

 
 

Wedding Schedule and Delivery:

  • 24th April - Wedding Day

  • 2nd May - Ceremony Film delivered to client

  • 5th May - Speeches Film delivered to client

  • 12th May - Highlight Film delivered to client

Time Line:

  • 9:00 - The day started filming the bride and the bridal party at their home

  • 11:15 - We left and headed to Pencoed House Estate, where we could set up the multiple cameras to film the ceremony.

  • 12:30 - Filming the ceremony

  • 15:00 - Speeches and wedding breakfast. All in the same location. Pencoed House turned the room around for guests. We replaced the cameras for speeches, leaving one camera for movement so we could get in place and film the individual speaker.

  • 19:30 - Cake cutting and first dance

  • WHAT DID WE DO

  • We shot this using a 3 camera setup to make sure we covered all angles of the day to deliver the best experience.

  • Officiant, groom, best man and additional speakers all had dedicated lavalieres to record audio.

  • Bride had secret microphone tucked away in the dress that couldn’t be seen. She even forgot it was there!

  • We set up a camera so that we could live stream the ceremony. The groom and officiant has a wireless lavaliere microphone so this could be heard clearly online. We are looking into a better provider for this since the live stream did fail. All was fine our side but the video stream wasn’t being displayed by the provider. Presently we do not charge for the live stream whilst we are trialing this service out.

  • We are discreet, our style is to let the day unfold and capture all the special moments you didn’t get to see.

  • We don’t force moments, we capture those that are there, forcing a moment can make the video feel unnatural which is the opposite of our style.

  • We followed the health guidelines to make sure everyone felt safe.
