One Minute Shorts

During this difficult time where the world is on stop, staying creative is key to pushing forward and practicing with your cinematography. I have started to create one minute shorts. The theory is that it will help me grow my skill set in a number of areas.

  1. Keeping narrative tight and focused

  2. Engage the audience and keep retention

  3. No fluff or wasted shots

  4. To improve my workflow and keep things to a strict dead line

I have created the first one minute short called “Try Harder”, this was done over a two day period, the concept was simple, 1 day filming, backing up and prepping images, 1 day editing. Keep your eyes peeled for more shorts coming soon, my next one is “The helpful ghost”.
