The Bwthyn offer a wax melt and candle making experience. They wanted the first experience ever performed to be filmed so that they could mark the occasion and use the content to further promote the shop and the experiences they currently offer.

Set up 2 static camera’s that had the best view plus we made sure they was set in a location that would not interfere with the guest’s health and safety
We used 1 floating camera which we was able to position in different locations throughout the experience.
Both owners had lavaliere microphones placed on them so that they could be heard clearly when delivering the experience

In total from the event we delivered 57 videos to the client. They included:

1 - Highlight video of the experience (10 mins)
2 - Q & A videos asked by the guests
9 - Tips and Tricks videos, 3 different formats where delivered (Landscape - 16x9 / Portrait - 9X16 / Square - 1X1)
9 - Sneak peek, 3 different formats where delivered (Landscape - 16x9 / Portrait - 9X16 / Square - 1X1)

How we achieved this was to create the 3 hour experience as one video. Once we was happy with the edit, got all the angles covered, colour graded and polished the audio this was ready to render. From here we then created the 57 videos. By doing the heavy lifting up front it mean creating the content was an easier process.
