A SIMPLE OWL?
In many villages, locals often hear a hoot at night—these are the sounds of owls who live among us. To the unsuspecting villagers, these are merely the hoots of a common owl nesting in a nearby tree.

However, the truth is far darker. Each village has its own chosen owl named Arthur. While Arthur may seem like an ordinary owl during the year, his role is much greater. Arthur is like Santa’s elf, but his loyalty lies not with Santa. Arthur serves none other than the King of Halloween Town himself, Jack Skellington.
Jack is on a mission: to ensure that villagers worldwide honour him by dressing in spooky costumes on Halloween Night. Jack is outraged when the sun sets and people fail to don something wicked or eerie.
But Jack is only one person, and keeping track of everyone is a monumental task. This is where Arthur and his fellow owls come in. On Halloween night, each Arthur Owl prowls the village, keeping watch over those who dare to ignore Jack’s wishes. Those who fail to join in the haunting spirit, who refuse to spook their neighbours, should be wary…

Some say this is just a tale, but Halloween Town has been growing suspiciously large lately. It’s whispered that Arthur Owls aren’t just watching; they’re taking those who don’t honour Jack back to Halloween Town… forever.
